Belated Christmas

January 4, 2009...We FINALLY got to have Christmas with Amy, Braden, and Rileigh. Emery was so excited. She had been waiting so long to open that BIG present she kept seeing under Braden and Amy's tree.

Emery opening her present from Tim, Cricket, and Will. It was a purse with several things inside. She was very excited to see the cell phone! It even rings!!

Emery's dollhouse from Braden, Amy, and Rileigh....before ALL the pieces were put in it. Notice the word "ALL"....lots of pieces that will one day be handed down to Rileigh. :-)

And after the pieces were in place. I must admit she has done a really good job of keeping all the pieces in a little basket- they are not all over my house like I thought they would be! She loves it!!

This is a picture of me opening a present from Braden. It was a "re-gift" times 3, I think! It's this awful looking porcelain angel figurine. He gave it to me on my 30th birthday. I then gave it back to him for some other occasion. And...now I got it back. As soon as I opened the box and saw the shape of the "gift", I knew what it was! Very funny Uncle Bum! It will come back when you least expect it! HA!
