Global Wildlife Center

November 15, 2008... We went to Mandeville to visit Uncle Brian, Aunt Tara, Jordan, and Ty. While were we there, we went to the Global Wildlife Center in Folsom, LA. It's like a "drive-thru" zoo. It was a little cold....but LOTS of FUN!!! We rode on covered wagons and got to feed the animals. Emery and Jordan loved throwing the food to the animals. Ty was more interested in transferring the food from one bucket to another! :-)

The animals just walked right up to our wagon. We weren't supposed to feed the zebras- they have been known to bite!

These Texas Longhorns would open their mouths while we poured in the food. They never seemed to get full!
